This Privacy Policy sets out and informs you of the way in which Fleet Services Group uses and protects the information you communicate to us, if any, when you use this site accessible from the following URL: www.fleetservicesgroup.com (hereinafter the “Site”).

In general, you can visit the Fleet Services Group Site without disclosing any personal information about you. In any case, you are under no obligation to transmit this information to Fleet Services Group. Please note that this Privacy Policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by Fleet Services Group, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. In this case, the date of its update will be clearly identified at the beginning of this policy. These modifications commit the User as soon as they are posted online. Also, you may set general and specific guidelines regarding the fate of personal data following your death. In this case, the heirs of a deceased person may demand to take into consideration the death of their relative and/or proceed with the necessary updates.

o Right of opposition

6. Response time

Fleet Services Group undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

Fleet Services Group informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have the data collected through the various forms available on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your data protection rights which is proposed and used by Fleet Services Group).
Fleet Services Group has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions of confidentiality, usage and data protections. In particular, vigilance was focused on the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country. In this respect, one of our service providers is subject to internal company rules (or “Binding Corporate Rules”) which were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others obey not only Standard Contractual Clauses but also the Privacy Shield.
